Orders & Shipping

We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. During sales and holidays, we require 3-7 business days for processing

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to appear in the system.

At this time we do not ship internationally but we will soon.

You can expect a response between 1-2 business days.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you never received it, please email wizebrand@gmail.comand one of our customer experience representatives will be able to further assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for US or international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties. Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Please note that any sale items marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. 

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on leggings, baselayers, swimwear, underwear, or socks.

Fit & Sizing

Sizing can vary between our items, so we recommend using the size guide to determine your ideal size. A link to the 'size guide' will be included on every product page with detailed measurements. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to reach out :)
